Clinical Development Specialist, Acute Cardiac Unit

This role coordinates the development and implementation of education and training programs to enhance staff professional growth and maintain high standards of quality patient care. The specialist functions as a clinical expert, developing training, maintaining standards through quality improvement, and assisting with clinical guidelines.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active, good-Standing rn license in the state of georgia, along with a minimum of two years of experience as a registered professional nurse. Certification in american heart association’s basic cardiac life support (Bls) is mandatory.
