Physical Therapist - Outpatient

The physical therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients primarily dealing with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education within an interdisciplinary setting. They are responsible for designing personalized, evidence-Based treatment plans and efficiently managing all patient documentation within the emr system.

Candidates must be a graduate of a capte-Accredited physical therapy program and possess current or pending state licensure along with bls certification. Essential soft skills include strong interpersonal abilities and a team-Oriented mindset, with the capacity to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily.
