Night Shift Behavioral/Mental Health Youth Care Worker

Night youth counselors provide direct care and supervision to young women aged 13 to 18 within a residential treatment facility, focusing on helping students make real, positive changes in their lives. This role requires showing up consistently, holding students accountable, and remaining calm while focusing on their treatment progress.

The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, though a bachelor’s degree in fields like social work, criminal justice, education, or psychology is actively sought. Candidates must be patient, professional, able to remain calm in stressful situations, and committed to helping high-Risk youth.
