NCLEX Instructor - Lima, OH (On-Site)

The instructor must maintain high energy to engage students, effectively facilitate learning and learner development, and quickly learn kaplan's methodology and strategies. Responsibilities also include active classroom management and attending required faculty and professional development meetings.

Candidates must possess an msn or bsn with a master's degree and hold a current, unencumbered registered nurse license. A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required, along with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills, and weekday availability.
