PreK Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum with the teaching team. This role also involves observing children's progress, communicating with families, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for lead preschool teachers. Prior experience as a lead teacher and qualifications like a cda or degree in early childhood education are highly desired.
