Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children using evidence-Based aba techniques to teach essential skills, enhance communication, and promote independence through fun, interactive activities. Responsibilities also include implementing and monitoring behavior plans, collecting data, and coordinating efforts with analysts and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be required to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 30 days of employment, passing a national criminal background check. Reliable transportation and the physical ability to engage with children, including lifting up to 30lbs, are mandatory.
