Core responsibilities

Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 24 or more early childhood education units including core and infant & toddler courses, and must pass required background checks and physical examinations. A teacher permit issued by the state of ca is required, and an associate of arts degree in ece or a higher-Level permit is preferred for working in a state classroom.
