Apprentice - Health and Social Care (Customer Only)

The apprentice will provide tailored support to vulnerable people in their home or community, assisting them in building independence, developing life skills, and achieving personal goals. They will work within a diverse team, receive mentorship, and attend learning sessions to achieve an industry-Recognized qualification.

Applicants must currently be or have been a customer of home group or live in a home group property, and possess good it skills or a willingness to learn basic tools like outlook and teams. A genuine interest in learning, commitment to personal development, and a passion for supporting people from all walks of life are essential.
