Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician or registered behavior technician (Rbt), you will work one-On-One with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing aba programs designed by a supervising bcba. Responsibilities include providing aba therapy under supervision, following treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting skill development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Interest in behavioral health and a willingness to complete rbt certification if not already certified are also required.
