Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy for children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans while collecting and recording data for each session. They will also communicate client progress to parents and caregivers under bcba guidance and assist in preparing therapy materials.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a college degree is preferred, and candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Candidates must also be physically capable of lifting clients, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding and diapering.
