Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Program Full- Time

The direct support professional provides supervision, instruction, and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a structured day program and community settings. Responsibilities include engaging participants in meaningful activities while ensuring safety, dignity, and adherence to individual service plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid driver's license with an insurable record, as driving agency vehicles is required. Essential duties involve physical tasks like assisting with hygiene, engaging in activities such as swimming and gardening, and managing behavioral challenges.
