Day Program Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time

The day program direct support professional provides supervision, instruction, and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within structured day programs and community settings. Responsibilities include engaging participants in meaningful activities while ensuring safety, dignity, and adherence to individual service plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid, insurable driver's license to operate agency vehicles, including on highways. Essential duties require the ability to physically assist participants with mobility and hygiene needs, manage challenging behaviors, and maintain required staff-To-Participant ratios.
