Behavior Technician

A behavior technician practices under the close, ongoing supervision of their case manager and a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Bts will also have the opportunity to receive self-Paced online training to become nationally credentialed as a registered behavior technician (Rbt).

The role requires practicing under the supervision of a bcba and offers training opportunities to achieve the rbt credential, which signifies a higher level of service. Employment terms are 7 hours per day for 9 months per year.
