Nursing Professional Development Practitioner - Medical Intensive Care Unit

The nursing professional development practitioner is responsible for aligning their scope of responsibility and accountability with professional standards to meet practice setting demands. This role involves influencing professional role competence and growth of learners in various settings with the goal of improving population health.

Candidates must be a registered nurse with current vermont-Recognized licensure and a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) is required. A minimum of five years of nursing experience is necessary, with two years in a department-Based nursing professional development practitioner role strongly preferred.
