Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (NPDP) - Baird 4 - General Medicine

The nursing professional development practitioner (Npdp) is responsible for aligning their scope of practice and accountability with professional standards to meet practice setting demands. This role involves influencing professional role competence and growth of learners across various settings with the goal of improving population health.

Candidates must be a registered nurse with npd practice expertise, requiring current vermont-Recognized rn licensure and a bsn. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including experience as a clinical preceptor, is mandatory, with a master's degree preferred.
