Assistant Teacher-Afternoon Support

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in implementing play-Based, age-Appropriate lesson plans to foster children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development within a positive classroom culture. This role also involves supervising and engaging with children, maintaining a safe environment, and professionally communicating with families regarding daily progress.

Previous experience in a childcare setting working with young children is preferred, along with knowledge of early childhood development principles. Candidates must possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 65lbs, and must obtain cpr/First aid certification within 30 days if not already held.
