Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing play-Based, age-Appropriate lesson plans that align with state standards and core values to foster child development. This role also involves observing and assessing each child's progress to tailor instruction and maintaining positive communication with parents and families.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood education setting and possess knowledge of early childhood development principles. Essential requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 65lbs, and willingness to undergo background checks and obtain cpr/First aid certification.
