CTS Specialist

The cts specialist assists program participants in transitioning to the workforce or further education by securing entry-Level employment or training opportunities and providing required follow-Up services. This involves establishing strong relationships with employers and community entities to ensure successful placements with viable career pathways for economic self-Sufficiency.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree in a related human services or business field, or an associate's degree with two years of job development experience. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication, strong networking skills, and proficiency in information technology, including ms office.
