Minimum qualifications require an associate degree in ece, an associate degree with 9 ece credits, a cda certification, or 60 college credits with a college certificate of recognition in early childhood (16 credits), along with a minimum of 6 months of related experience. Candidates must also possess a valid hawaii driver's license (Or ability to obtain one within 6 months), current first aid/Pediatric cpr, and food handler certifications.
