Youth Support Worker

The youth support worker will provide direct care and support to up to five residents, including supervision, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments and activities. Responsibilities also include assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate resident records.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of experience working with individuals with i/Dd, or an unrelated degree with six months of experience, or a degree in a related field like social work or psychology. Applicants must also be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and pass various background and physical screenings.
