CEL | Assistant Caregiver

The assistant caregiver will ensure children are properly supervised at all times and support the lead teacher in maintaining schedules and routines for optimal child development. This role involves organizing activities, guiding children, managing the classroom, and potentially covering the receptionist desk based on need.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess basic child care training approved through growing futures. Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree in early childhood education or montessori training, along with a commitment to supporting the university's christian, catholic, benedictine mission.
