Core responsibilities

The youth and family skills coach will provide skills services to children, adults, and/Or families as outlined in the client’s treatment plan, working as part of a multidisciplinary team under the direction of the clinical supervisor. Key duties include assisting clients with age-Appropriate self-Management skills, providing de-Escalation support, and completing all required clinical documentation.

Requirements summary

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, along with 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience delivering mental health services with a trauma focus, and some experience working with at-Risk youth and families. Candidates must also pass background screenings, possess a valid driver's license, and be proficient in microsoft office suite and data entry.
