Behavior Technician - Rewarding Work with Kids (ABA)

Behavior technicians will provide one-On-One individualized behavior therapy using applied behavior analytic principles to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes or community settings. Responsibilities also include completing daily data collection and strictly following established treatment and behavior plans.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, preferably holding a registered behavior technician (Rbt) credential or bcat certification, and ideally possess one or more years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and pass required background checks and medical screenings.
