Behavioral Health Technicians - PT

The role involves providing one-To-One behavioral support and intervention facilitation to children or adolescents with diagnosed needs, while also training caregivers to stabilize situations and promote psychosocial growth. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, implementing interventions developed by the behavior consultant, and maintaining mandatory supervision and documentation.

Candidates must meet specific educational criteria, including a high school diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in a related field, often coupled with or committed to completing 40 hours of rbt task list training. A minimum of one year of experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities or in behavioral health services, is required, along with a valid driver's license and clearance of required background checks.
