Nursing Professional Development Practitioner

The practitioner develops and facilitates relevant and effective education for clinical staff, assuming responsibility for nursing professional development to advance the organizational nursing vision. Key duties include establishing partnerships to identify learning needs and leading the design and delivery of innovative orientation and education programs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with a strong foundation in evidence-Based practice. Required qualifications also include proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs and maintaining current rn licensure in minnesota, wisconsin, or north dakota.
