After School Program Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing classroom activities within the after school program, ensuring a safe and fun environment for students. Essential functions include planning and leading daily lessons, organizing games, providing weekly updates to parents, and maintaining necessary records.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree or be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, along with six months to one year of youth development experience. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, and aed-Oxygen within 60 days, along with passing a state of michigan criminal background check.
