1 to 1 Autism Classroom Aide

The classroom aide will provide direct, one-On-One support to students with special needs, primarily those with autism, across grades k-12. Key duties include collaborating with staff and families to implement iep goals, assisting in crisis intervention, and documenting student progress and behavior.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for experience in special education. A minimum of one year of experience working with students with special needs or autism is required, alongside strong communication, teamwork, patience, and empathy.
