Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining detailed daily data entry for all patient programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally possess six months of aba therapist experience or one year working with children with disabilities/Autism, though this is preferred, not required. Essential requirements include a high school degree, excellent communication skills, willingness to undergo a background check, and possessing a reliable car and driver's license for client commuting.
