Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, receiving supervision, and maintaining detailed daily data entry for all patient programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school degree and have reliable transportation and a driver's license for client commuting, with 6 months of aba therapy experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism preferred but not required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities involving bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for periods.
