Direct Support Professional (Day Program)

Direct support professionals ensure the safety and health of individuals attending the day program while supervising, coaching, and assisting them in achieving daily living goals like food preparation and cleaning. Responsibilities also include planning, implementing, and documenting programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs, as well as scheduling transportation and participating in community outings.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid non-Provisional driver's license. Applicants must also be empathetic, possess a team approach to care, and be able to attend ten days of paid, on-Site orientation during weekdays.
