Mental Health and Development Clinician

The clinician partners with a care coordinator to provide home-Based psychotherapeutic intervention using child parent psychotherapy (Cpp) with young children and caregivers, focusing on strengthening the parent-Child relationship. Key duties include conducting collaborative family assessments, developing care plans, providing consultation in educational settings, and engaging in reflective clinical supervision.

Candidates must be a licensed or license-Eligible master’s level mental health provider, preferably with a minimum of three years of experience working psychotherapeutically with culturally diverse children and families, including parent-Child therapeutic work (Cpp training is highly valued). The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, flexibility, and comfort with home visits using a reliable vehicle.
