Youth Development Professional (4803)

This role involves assisting program leaders in planning and leading center activities to support priority program outcomes, while collaborating with officers to ensure an enriching environment for youth development. Key duties include promoting participation, assisting with member registration and orientation, providing guidance, and implementing/Monitoring programs and services.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d., and previous work experience with children and youth is preferred. The position requires the ability to perform various physical activities, lift moderately heavy equipment (30-60 lbs.), and effectively communicate in a youth center environment, sometimes in challenging neighborhoods.
