Mental Health Associate

The associate will assist students with special needs by supporting academics, daily routines, and positive behavior management across all age groups from elementary through high school. This role involves observing behavior, documenting notes, and partnering with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent, individualized support.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with basic computer skills in outlook and word, and strong abilities in communication, reading, writing, and documentation. Essential personal attributes include being reliable, punctual, adaptable, patient, calm, and resilient when managing escalated student situations.
