Special Education Teacher SPED

The special education teacher will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing individualized education plans (Ieps), delivering tailored instruction, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including educators and parents. Key duties also involve conducting student evaluations, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate student performance records.

Candidates must possess a teaching certification, a bachelor's or master's degree or higher in special education, and a state license as a sped teacher. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of experience in a school setting, organizational skills, technology proficiency, and the ability to perform necessary physical movements required for student engagement.
