SLAHP Project Coordinator (International Board Lacation Consultant)

The project coordinator provides high-Level administrative and clerical support for the wic program, including direct participant services for complex breastfeeding or chestfeeding concerns. Duties involve providing counseling, education, and performing nutrition and health assessments for high-Risk participants.

A bachelor’s degree in public health, child development, or a related field is required, along with designation as an international board-Certified lactation consultant (Ibclc). Candidates must possess experience counseling within an accredited lactation program and academic/Work experience in early childhood development and health education.
