Community Coach (Part-Time) [Monday-Friday (9:00am-2:00pm)] (JHAM)

The community coach guides individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in the community to foster independence and skill-Building according to their person-Centered plans. This involves coaching for community integration, building supportive relationships, advocating for respectful treatment, and developing/Implementing individual service plans.

A high school diploma or ged and a valid driver’s license are required for this position, along with proficiency in conflict resolution and strong computer skills for record-Keeping. One to two years of experience planning activities for individuals with disabilities is preferred, and fluency in asl or spanish is a plus.
