The primary responsibility is to teach lessons to all patrons, setting a standard for high-Quality coaching, fun, and player development, while working with the managing director to ensure positive coaching and safety are central to every lesson. Responsibilities include teaching park & rec lessons, clinics, and camps, providing instruction for all levels, leading classes, and assisting in mentoring new staff.

Candidates must be rspa / Ptr certified professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience and a strong track record of teaching excellence, preferably with municipal program experience. Essential attributes include the ability to attract and retain students of all ages/Abilities, a great on-Court presence, a friendly attitude, professionalism, and a minimum ntrp rating of 4.0+.
