The teen youth development professional is responsible for planning, facilitating, and supervising activities and programs within a designated area, focusing on empowering youth to reach their potential. This involves ensuring member safety, maintaining high-Quality activities, and upholding the appearance and standards of the club.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 21 years old, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience required. Successful applicants must also pass a pre-Employment background screening and drug test.
