Youth Development Professional - Seasonal

The youth development professional plans, facilitates, and supervises activities within a designated program area, focusing on empowering youth to reach their potential by ensuring safety and maintaining program quality. Essential duties include developing quality activities, providing mentorship, ensuring member safety, and maintaining accurate attendance records.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience required. The position also mandates passing a pre-Employment background screening and drug test, along with the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects over 10 lbs.
