Youth Development Professional - Seasonal

The youth development professional is responsible for planning, facilitating, and supervising activities within a designated program area, focusing on empowering youth by ensuring safety and maintaining program quality. Essential duties include developing quality activities, providing mentorship, ensuring member safety, and maintaining accurate attendance records.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be 21 years of age or older, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience required. Applicants must also pass a pre-Employment background screening and drug test, and be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting objects over 10 lbs.
