Youth Development Specialist

The youth development specialist supports club leadership by delivering an outcome-Driven club experience across various program areas, including academic success, character development, and health and life skills, while ensuring the safety and well-Being of youth members through interactive activities. Key duties involve planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned programs, maintaining program areas, tracking member data, and modeling positive behavior for youth.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree in education or youth development preferred, alongside some experience working or volunteering with youth in a development setting. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, proficiency in trauma-Informed practices, and the ability to manage program administration and safety protocols effectively.
