LEAD TEACHER 18.-26m Toddler 1 Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers aged 2.5-3 years, planning and leading engaging activities that support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role also involves guiding exploration through play, supporting daily routines like feeding and napping, and fostering strong relationships with parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a genuine love for children, with experience in an early childhood setting being preferred. Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or ged, with preference given to those holding a cda, early childhood education coursework, or an associate's degree or higher, alongside classroom management experience.
