Competitive Pay and Benefits (Available to All Full Time Team Members) Health insurance options PTO and sick time 401(k) with company match Flexible scheduling (Full-Time or PRN) Continuing education investment Paid state licensure And much more Physical Therapist Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing evaluations of residents’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, and functional status Identify impairments and barriers to safe and independent mobility Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven physical therapy treatment plans Address gait, balance, endurance, and functional mobility needs Support recovery following injury, surgery, illness, or neurological conditions Treat residents with chronic conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis, or post-stroke deficits Improve performance in functional activities including transfers, walking, stair negotiation, and fall recovery Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy as appropriate Recommend, fit, and educate residents on assistive devices and durable medical equipment Perform fall risk assessments and implement fall prevention strategies Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility techniques and home safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OT, SLP, nursing, and care staff Participate in care planning meetings to support holistic resident outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Ready to Advance Your PT Career?
