Middle / High School Guidance Counselor

The guidance counselor provides individual and group support for students' academic, social, and emotional development, assisting them in identifying strengths and planning for future educational and career opportunities. Key duties include guiding course selection, supporting college/Career readiness, collaborating with staff and families, and administering necessary student documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in school counseling or a related field and hold a valid wisconsin department of public instruction (Dpi) school counselor license, or be eligible to obtain one. Preferred qualifications include experience with middle or high school students, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting the catholic educational mission.
