Registered Behavior Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One aba therapy within an elementary school environment, supporting transitions, classroom assignments, and peer interactions. Responsibilities also include implementing individualized behavior plans under bcba supervision, tracking progress, and maintaining necessary documentation.

Candidates must possess rbt certification or be willing to obtain it with company support, along with a high school diploma or higher education. Reliability, punctuality, and access to reliable transportation are mandatory, as is cpr/Bls certification or the ability to obtain it.
