Registered Behavior Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One aba therapy within an elementary school environment, supporting student transitions, and implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include tracking client progress, maintaining necessary documentation, and collaborating effectively with teachers, families, and supervisors.

Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have a high school diploma or higher education. Reliability, punctuality, and access to reliable transportation are essential, along with cpr/Bls certification or the ability to obtain it.
