Registered Behavior Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One aba therapy within an elementary school environment, supporting student transitions, and implementing individualized behavior plans as directed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress, maintaining necessary documentation, and collaborating effectively with teachers, families, and supervisors.

Candidates must possess rbt certification or be willing to obtain it with company support, along with a high school diploma or higher education. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, punctuality, and current cpr/Bls certification or the ability to acquire it.
