Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA or BCaBA

The role involves conducting intakes and functional assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions along with parent/Caregiver training. Responsibilities also include supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and monitoring progress through data review while maintaining compliance with standards.

Bcbas must possess a master's degree and active bacb certification, while bcabas require a bachelor's degree and active bacb certification. Candidates must also have cpr/Bls certification or be willing to obtain it, along with strong communication, organization skills, and reliable transportation.
