Requirements summary
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team with diverse populations. A minimum of an associate's degree is required, preferably with coursework in early childhood education, and bilingual english/Spanish proficiency is mandatory, along with the ability to drive 80% of the time.
