Intern, Learning and Organizational Development

The intern will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives aimed at strengthening employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Essential duties include assisting with training material development, coordinating learning events, and analyzing learning data.

Candidates must currently be enrolled in or recently completed a degree program related to human resources, organizational development, psychology, education, or business. Required qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills, basic proficiency in microsoft office, and strong attention to detail.
